Hear From Our Employees

I have been with the company since it was just a few guys and I have seen it grow a lot.  Even with the growth they have stayed professional and do things right. I have been offered opportunities at other companies but I know it’s not the same.

Hector Olvera Lugo, Installation Crew Leader

30 Years at Myatt

I have grown tremendously as a landscaper and a person since the first day I started at Myatt Landscaping. Myatt has allowed me to grow in areas that stretch far beyond the horticulture field.

Herbie Champion, Install Division Manager

21 Years at Myatt

My job at Myatt Landscaping has impacted my life in a way I never imagined. Within [these 27] years, I learned to speak English and everything the company had to offer, by working in installation, maintenance, to now being promoted to Account Manager.

Santiago Nunez, Maintenance Account Manager

27 years at Myatt

In 2020, after 18 years in the landscaping industry, I joined the Myatt team. In those 18 years I worked for corporate landscaping companies as well as large family run companies. I have found my home here at Myatt. The Myatt team is truly like a family to me. I have never worked for a company that takes care of their team and their clients the way the Myatt’s do. Myatt Landscaping is truly about quality and customer service, I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this team.

Zach Borland, Maintenance Account Manager

6 years at Myatt

I stay at Myatt because of positive work environment and the fact the care for the employee starts at the top and trickles all the way down to the new hires. Happy people work harder and if you can keep them happy for a long time, it makes it really hard to look for anything else. One of the biggest selling points that got me to start working with Myatt is the fact that they have retained people happily for not just 5-10 years, but for 10-20+ years. It’s a true testament to the Myatt way.

Scott Thompson

7 Years at Myatt

It’s an absolute joy to support this incredible team and witness the amazing work they do every day. The passion, dedication, and pride they bring to every project — along with their genuine willingness to lift each other up — is truly inspiring. I couldn’t be happier to be part of this team!

Misty Gil, Recruiting Specialist and Company Ambassador

3 years at Myatt

I really like our core value of taking care of the team. I feel like I am part of that as well. I make sure the crews have what they need to get their jobs done.

Jose Zamora, Mechanic

3 years at Myatt

I have worked my way up from Crew Member, to Account Manager. The independence this role gives me is great. I feel like I run my own business within the larger business. Our strong, team oriented atmosphere makes every challenge easier, and every success more rewarding.
