Today, he focuses on driving profitability and supporting his team in consistently exceeding client expectations. Bobby ensures that our maintenance operations adhere to contract requirements, remain on budget, and bill accurately for all contracted services.

Shortly after graduation, he joined Myatt as a crew member in our Installation and Construction division. Herbie dedicated himself to learning the craft hands-on from some of our most experienced crew leaders, eventually earning his own crew leader role. From there, he continued to rise, ultimately becoming the leader of our entire Installation and Construction division. Today, Herbie and his team are award-winning, highly sought-after landscape professionals known for the quality, detail, and care they bring to every project.

Before joining Myatt, she spent 44 years with Sears Design Group, one of the region’s most respected and influential landscape design firms. Our team partnered with Cassandra and Sears Design Group for many years before the owner retired, consistently seeing her creativity, precision, and vision shine through in every project. Her depth of experience, artistic eye, and ability to turn a client’s vision into a thoughtful, functional design make her an invaluable part of Myatt and a true standout in the green industry.

She began her career studying Horticultural Science with a focus on Landscape Design at NC State University, then gained broad experience estimating and designing landscapes. Over time, she advanced into leadership roles, managing teams locally and later transitioning into regional management positions. Today, Jasmine works closely with the Installation and Construction Managers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are accurately scoped, competitively bid, and clearly communicated from the very beginning. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach help set projects up for success and ensure a smooth, positive experience for clients.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how landscapes grow and evolve, Alana’s work reflects the timeless style and craftsmanship Myatt has been known for decades.

That experience prepared her for her current role as a Project Coordinator in our Installation and Construction division. In this position, Carah supports projects from planning through completion by managing scheduling, permitting, utility locates, invoice allocation, and labor time entry. She also works closely with estimators on bidding and project details. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills help ensure projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule.

Throughout that time, he built an incredible legacy within our Installation and Construction Division, contributing to some of the most prestigious projects across the Triangle and beyond. His skill, dedication, and leadership were instrumental when it came time to launch our Maintenance Division, and Santiago made the transition to help establish our residential maintenance program with the same level of excellence. When the need arose to add a new manager, Santiago was a natural choice to lead crews and train new crew leaders in the methods and standards that have defined his career. While he was initially hesitant to step into this new role, he has fully embraced it and continues to mentor team members toward long, successful careers at Myatt.
