Wooded Estate

This lovely residence was the location of a wedding in the Fall of 2022. Our team worked closely with the owners to help create a beautiful location for guests to enjoy. Once the event was over, our team assisted in rehabbing the turf and plant beds back into a formal landscape. Our team worked with hard timelines and around vendors as a raised walkway was added, tents, and a dance floor on the turf area. Additional space was created beyond the normal scope of our maintenance contract to accommodate additional areas they used to entertain for the big day. Our team added mulch, plant beds, and many temporary annual bed spaces for the event. Most of this work was carried our by our maintenance division, and great care was taken to ensure that everything was perfect for the day when it needed to be.

Normal maintenance at this property requires a high level of detail. A long, winding driveway leads to the house outlined with perennial beds and shrubs. The wooded lot lends itself well to shade-tolerant plantings and a formal garden feel. Pockets of annual flower beds and perennial gardens dot the surroundings of the home as well as forty planters and a large amount of vines and formal hedges. The family spends time outside on nice days, utilizing the outdoor kitchen and outdoor spaces to lounge.
