Full-Service Corporate Landscaping & Construction

This was a large-scale, multi-phase commercial landscaping project for a corporate campus. The client is a modern, innovative company which places a high value on company culture and comfort; thus, they understood the value of creating a lively and welcoming environment through beautiful landscaping.
Given the size of the project, we broke our work out into 5 separate phases. Phase 1 was designed by Julie Carlson and implemented by Myatt, and it included landscaping around the main building, with the addition of turf, trees, shrubs, and flower beds. We also constructed paver patios around the cafe, as well as a fire lane through the turf in order to hold the weight of a fire truck for safety compliance.

Phases 2-5 were designed by Surface 678 and implemented by Myatt. In phase 2 we constructed multiple sports courts, including a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, and badminton court. All sports courts included poured-in-place walls and drainable rubber surfaces. Phase 3 was dedicated to the construction of a playground for the company’s in-house daycare program.

Phase 4 consisted of constructing a soccer complex for employee leagues with a full-size regulation field, complete with real turf and drainage standards. Additionally, we built a modern fieldhouse with restrooms, dressing rooms, lockers, showers, as well as a covered shelter with refrigerator. This was a full construction and landscaping project, and the Myatt team did everything from the grading and clearing, to utilities, main water, and sewage. We also implemented lighting for the field, an asphalt entryway, custom stonework sitting walls, and added a stylish stone veneer on the building. Lastly, we created BMP ponds to collect stormwater runoff and walking trails to connect the main campus with soccer complex.

In phase 5 we constructed a beautiful back patio area in the back of the main building. The patio includes a firebowl, custom stone walls, and ample sitting areas.
