Sustainable Housing Community

This new, master-planned community is both beautiful and eco-friendly, and includes homes, schools, and retailers. We were tasked with making the landscape feel truly welcoming to its residents and potential new residents in time for its grand opening. We built a sturdy fishing pier, multiple scenic walking trails, and welcoming community parks to create a sense of “home” within nature. We constructed nearly all of the public spaces in the development, including parks, medians, and entryways. Although the timeline was tight, our team worked overtime to ensure it was ready in time for the grand opening.
