Vibrant Green Housing Community

This 1,500+ acre housing community is not only an idyllic setting to raise a family — it's also committed to sustainability. With almost 900 acres of open space containing parks, trails, and nature, we were thrilled to help bring this community a polished, natural aesthetic. Our team constructed nearly all of the public spaces in the development, including parks, medians, and entryways. All of the walls and monument signs were built using native stone found on site during construction, which created a natural look and feel. We also built structures such as picnic shelters, pergolas, and boardwalks. Finally, we restored a historic tobacco barn to help preserve the area’s rich history. This project allowed us to utilize both our landscaping and construction expertise, and our client could not be more thrilled with the results.
