Country Estate

This country estate has been in the Myatt maintenance portfolio for over a decade. Throughout that time, the personnel that make up the maintenance team, including the talented crew and the Account Manager, have mostly remained the same. The consistency and knowledge of the site have been a contributing factor for the success in maintaining this property.  The property boasts roughly 8 acres of managed landscape space, including 1000 sqft of annual beds space and 14 annual planters.  A wedding planned at the residence in 2021 prompted a call to remove many of the mature plantings around areas of the home and replace them with an array of flowering shrubs and perennial beds. The Myatt team also created bed spaces and a walking path for the wedding aisle to set a spectacular scene for the big day.  This home is a showcase of what our floriculture team can design and install each season-the annual beds around the pool and the fountain are always showstoppers. The pool area is meticulously maintained by our maintenance team to ensure the space is always ready to be enjoyed by the homeowners and their guests.
